Mindful Horizons Lesson Plans and Educational Resources Are Now Available
The mindfulness-integrated lesson plans developed within the Mindful Horizons project are now available as practical and adaptable resources that teachers can use directly in their classrooms. Designed for different subject areas and age groups, the plans aim to make mindfulness a natural part of everyday teaching and learning.
In addition to the lesson plans, teachers can access the Special Education Implementation Guide, worksheets, breathing and awareness activities, cards, visual materials and other resources supporting classroom practice.
