The Mindful Horizons Digital Application Is Now Available

The free digital application developed within the Erasmus+ KA220 Mindful Horizons project is now available for teachers, students and parents. The application was created to make mindfulness practices more accessible at school, at home and in everyday life.

The Mindful Horizons app brings together content designed for different user groups on a single platform. It includes separate sections for teachers, students and parents. Users can access short mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, meditations, stories, mindful music, cards, and a variety of audio and visual resources.

The Library section also contains lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, teacher resources and the Special Education Implementation Guide developed during the project. In this way, the project materials are freely available for use both in classrooms and at home.

Users can also track their daily mood, take part in mindfulness challenges and explore resources that support regular practice. Available in seven languages, the application can be used through web browsers, school smartboards and Android devices.
